Wei Yang (未央, Wèiyāng) is a masculine vocal developed in association with Tianyi Love Music Culture Technology Co., Ltd. for the MUTA engine.
His voice was provided by 排骨教主, a popular BiliBili singer.
History[]
Wei Yang was released for the MUTA engine on January 10th, 2019, before a series of promotional videos appeared on his official BiliBili.[1]
His debut song, "Dream", was released on January 18th, 2019, and has garnered over 100,000 views. This is his first and only song to do so.[2]
Wei Yang was to be promoted through a mini-album and cosplays at conventions, in addition with miscellaneous content. It is unknown what happened to this mini-album, but it is assumed to be cancelled.
The last activity on the Wei Yang BiliBili was May 18th, 2020. It has been assumed Wei Yang has been abandoned.
Concept[]
"Xiao Wei yang was born in a traditional music family. Since he was two years old, he and his grandparents have lived in a small border town with beautiful mountains and rivers. Therefore, his social circle is relatively small, so he is not good at socializing.

Etymology[]
The first character of his name "未 (Wèi)", means "did not" or "have not", and the second character "央 (yāng)" could means "center" and/or "end". His full name could be translated as: "Has not ended yet" or "Close to the end".
